I help exhausted families achieve better sleep by providing personalised, evidence based solutions and support to empower them to achieve their goals.

About Me

Hello, I’m Harriet, founder of the Baby Sleep Doc. I am a Doctor, OCN certified Sleep Consultant and most importantly a mum!

I gained my OCN qualification because I struggled with my daughter’s sleep. She was waking up so often that I was exhausted. It was a battle to get her to nap and bedtime was definitely not relaxing! We were both so sleep deprived and I was struggling to function and do the things I enjoy.

I knew things needed to change but I found there was so much conflicting information online I didn’t know where to start. So, I made it my mission to find evidence - based, trustworthy advice and proven solutions to help families get a better nights sleep!

I completed my training with The Sleep Consultant Academy and combined this knowledge with over 10 years of clinical experience in the NHS to provide a supportive package for all families struggling with their little ones sleep. Contact me today and say goodbye to sleepless nights!
